Elliott, the founder of Kreppel Tax Advisory Group, established the firm in 2003 with a vision to ensure secure retirements for individuals. Over the past 20 years, Elliott has transformed Kreppel Tax Advisory into one of the state’s leading independent tax advisory firms, deeply committed to addressing each client’s unique needs with personalized care.
A 1990 finance graduate from University of Hartford, Elliott has guided thousands toward financial stability and peace of mind. His dedication extends beyond clients to his employees, fostering a supportive and thriving work environment. In his free time, Elliott enjoys attending Yankee games with his family, playing racquetball, and contributing to the community through various partnerships.
Jake Kreppel

Jake brings his financial expertise to Kreppel Tax Advisory Group, drawing on his extensive background to guide individuals and businesses toward financial success. A distinguished graduate of the Kelley School of Business, Jake launched his career in the bustling financial hub of New York City, where he crafted his skills at Equitable and JPMorgan Chase before joining our team.
Specializing in investment, tax, insurance, and retirement planning, Jake is adept at crafting holistic strategies that align seamlessly with clients’ goals and aspirations. His approach combines meticulous planning with a deep understanding of market dynamics, ensuring that each client receives tailored advice that drives their financial success. Outside of the office, Jake finds balance in life through golf, cheering on the Yankees with Elliott, and spending quality time with his golden retriever, Mason, who occasionally brightens up our office with his cheerful presence.

She has a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a major in Operations Management and a specialization in Data Analytics. She loves watching TV series and documentaries, and spending time with her dog. She also enjoys journaling her day-to-day activities and reading self-improvement books.

Outside work, she loves binge-watching her favorite TV shows, and watching movies. She also enjoys taking videos and editing them into fun montages, whether it’s of her travels, special moments with friends, or just capturing everyday life.
